Haven Campus Communities Plans Tech-Savy Student Housing Community Near University of South Florida

Haven Campus Communities will develop the 158-unit, 542-bed facility.

Tampa, Fla.Haven Campus Communities recently announced the development of a new student housing community serving the University of South Florida (USF) students. Haven will develop a 158-unit, 542-bed facility scheduled for completion by Fall 2017.

Located on 46th Street, the property is just a few blocks away from the main entrance to the USF campus. The new student housing facility will offer courtyards, lounge area, resort-style swimming pool, covered grills, hammocks and fire pits, a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, a coffee bar, enhanced security and a layered garage offering parking to all residents.

The facility will be technology-oriented with mobile-enabled access control system, a cyber-lounge with charging stations, tech-savvy study rooms with Smart TVs, as well as dynamic wireless and wired internet service throughout the property.
