According to a realtor.com survey, 75 percent of pet owners would pass on living in their dream home if it weren’t a good fit for their beloved family member. So if you need inspiration, here are a few upscale communities in the U.S. that have taken pet amenities to a whole new level. These residential properties have luxury grooming spas that would make most humans jealous of their furry companions.

Situated at the corner of Grant Park in Chicago, 1000M, a 74-story condominium skyscraper, is slated to include a separate pet elevator, residents-only illuminated dog park and a private-entry dog spa with a washing area and drying station.

The two-tower luxury rental in New York’s Hell’s Kitchen submarket features not only a residential concierge, but also a pet concierge. In partnership with Throw Me a Bone, an all-inclusive, in-home pet care provider, residents can utilize door-to-door dog walking, in-home puppy visits, cat sitting, overnight stays or dog trainings.
