Hanover Buckhead Village will soon open its doors to residents desiring to live in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The Hanover Company was recently involved with developing and financing a number of luxury apartment communities in cities across the U.S., such as The Hanover North Broad in Philadelphia and Hanover Post Oak in Houston. Its latest luxury development is located at 3150 N.W. Roswell Road, at the corner with Irby Ave N.W. in Atlanta. “Nothing of the caliber of Hanover Buckhead Village has existed in this submarket to date. We are excited to bring the unmatched Hanover brand of luxury to this irreplaceable location in the heart of the Village,” said Adam Harbin, a Hanover representative, in a prepared statement.
Upscale and connected
The 20-story, high-rise apartment community boasts multiple high-end amenities for its residents, including a two-level amenity area with a screening room, business center, 24-hour fitness center, as well as an event space, and non-stop valet parking and concierge services. The rooftop features a pool deck and outdoor dining areas with fireplaces. Unit amenities include oversized windows, hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops and bathrooms with porcelain tiles. The ground floor features 12,500 square feet dedicated to retail and restaurants, with some of the space already leased.
Residents will soon be able to lease one of the 353 units, 13 of which are top-floor penthouses. Hanover Buckhead Village allows for easy access to the neighborhood’s most popular sites and attractions, as well as a plethora of dining and shopping options on the Peachtree Road corridor. Buckhead Theatre is right next to the property, while Charlie Loudermilk Park is across the street. The Shops at Buckhead Atlanta mall and a Whole Foods Market are both within walking distance, as are Buckhead Library and the Atlanta History Center. Buckhead Station is a 20-minute walk from the location, while Peachtree Road offers easy access to downtown Atlanta.
