Halstead Property Development Marketing Announces Sales of Brooklyn Condos

New York—A new residential condominium conversion called 364 Union in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn has started sales, according to the Halstead Property Development Marketing. The prices of the condos range from $1.5 to $2.1 million.
The community, developed by East River Partners, was originally a brownstone building built in 1920 and now contains five condos. The floor plans include four three-bedroom two-bathroom units that are 1,370 square feet and one garden duplex that is 2,200 square feet and includes a 533 square foot private garden.
The units have hardwood floors and washers and dryers. Additionally, the building includes a video intercom system and secure storage in the basement.
364 Union is located near Carroll Park restaurants such as Momofuku Milk Bar and Gowanus Yacht Club, among others. The building is also convenient to the F and G trains.
