Halstead Appoints New West Side Manhattan Director

Halstead has named Juliet Clapp as executive director of sales in its West Side Manhattan office, effective June 1, 2018. She will report to the area’s Executive Director of Sales Michael Goldenberg.

“Her outstanding reputation and track record within the industry, along with her passion and spirit, will make her the perfect addition to the firm,” Halstead Chairman & CEO Diane Ramirez said in a prepared statement.

Clapp has more than 14 years of real estate experience, having previously occupied selling agent and sales director roles. From 2011 to 2018, she served as managing director at Town Residential, while between 2004 and 2011, she was managing director of sales at CitiHabitats. She also gained experience in the financial services sector during her two-year tenure at Rollings Agency. The recently vested executive holds a degree in business, management and marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
