Greysteel’s Doug Banerjee Promoted to Managing Director
Banerjee has previously held the title of senior director in the company’s Dallas office.

Dallas—Greysteel announced the promotion of Doug Banerjee as managing director, after more than a year as senior director in the company’s Dallas office. Banerjee has been with Greysteel since 2014 and his focus is on multifamily transactions.
“Doug has done an incredible job in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and has expanded our presence and influence in the region exponentially,” Duerk Brewer, COO of Greysteel, said in prepared remarks. “His secret sauce? As a two-time former ‘Big 5’ consultant, Doug is able to translate his consulting experience, engineering mindset and property transactions knowledge into a unique and competitive advantage for clients.”
Banerjee leads the Dallas team of investment sales professionals and works with various investors, from private clients and middle market companies to institutional powerhouses. His responsibilities include business development, marketing strategy and start-to-finish deal execution. In the past five years, Banerjee has facilitated over 50 multifamily deals in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Greysteel’s new managing director graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering. He also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
