Greysteel to Market Multifamily Community in Southeast Midland

Greysteel was hired as exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of a luxury multifamily community in the Permian Basin of Midland, Texas.

The AzureThe Azure, a 156-unit, garden-style multifamily community located in Southeast Midland, Texas has recently reached completion and Greysteel has been named the exclusive advisor and agent for the sale. A team led by Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller, and John Marshall Doss will be in charge of marketing and related duties.

The Class A development is comprised of a unit mix that offers three floor plans measuring 763-, 1,080- and 1,311 square feet along with a roster of amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, theater room and detached garages.

Apartment interiors feature wood cabinetry with brushed nickel features, granite-look countertops, black appliance packages and vinyl flooring. Rents range from $1,325 per month for the smallest, one-bedroom, one-bath Alamo floor plan to $1,950 per month for the three-bed, two-bath Colorado units. The mid-size Brazo layout offers two bedrooms and two baths for $1,750 monthly.

The property is located at 1201 Albert Ave. in close proximity to I-20, Loop 250 and Highway 191, with quick access to Odessa.
