Greysteel Names Director of Multifamily Investment Sales Division
Meet Rawles Wilcox, Greysteel’s most recent addition to the multifamily investment sales team.
Washington—D.C.-based real estate investment firm Greysteel announced that Rawles Wilcox has joined the company’s Mid-Atlantic multifamily investment sales division as director. The division provides advisory and transactional services to private and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Greysteel, Wilcox contributed to the launching of Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA) Newmark’s Mid-Atlantic office. ARA is a full-service investment advisory firm with a focus on multi-housing properties nationwide. During his almost four years with ARA, he served as senior financial real estate analyst, transaction manager and senior associate. While there, he helped manage transactions valued in excess of $2.5 billion.
He holds a dual bachelor of business administration degree in management and marketing from Radford University’s College of Business and Economics and an MBA focused on real estate and finance from the Mason School of Business, College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, Va.
“We are incredibly selective in who we invite to join our team … [Wilcox]’s been consistently successful throughout his career and his work ethic, intelligence and client-first commitment makes him a perfect fit for our platform and what we are trying to accomplish,” said Ari Firoozabadi, Greysteel co-founder, in prepared remarks.
