Greysteel Leads Sale of Dallas Community
Greysteel’s multifamily investment sales team was named exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of 67-unit Walker Place.

Walker Place’s sale will be conducted by Greysteel’s multifamily investment sales team led by Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and Ryan Hill as the company was named exclusive advisor and agent.

The 67-unit multifamily community located at 3880 S Walton Walker Blvd. in Dallas features a mix of 17 efficiency units with 400 square feet, 45 one bedroom-one bathroom units with 600 square feet and five two bedroom-two bathroom units with 900 square feet. Community amenities include private fenced patios, in-unit washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans and an on-site laundry facility.
“Walker Place is a well-maintained property that presents a true value-add opportunity that is highly sought after in this marketplace,” Greysteel Director Doug Banerjee said in a prepared statement. “Since none of the units have been upgraded it would allow a new owner to push the rent levels up anywhere from $80-100 per month.”
The property represents a significant value-add opportunity for investors looking to take advantage of the primarily renter-occupied market near Dallas Executive Airport.
