Muncie, Ind.—Greystar Student Living will manage Windermere Place Apartments, a 672-bed student housing community in Muncie, Ind.
Located at 3701 North Marleon on the northwest corner of West Bethel Avenue and North Marleon Drive, the student community sits in the heart of Muncie near public transit and just minutes from Ball State University.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to manage Windermere Place,” Michelle Fuller, Greystar Student Living’s senior director, says. “Our goal is to provide a lifestyle tailored especially for students that incorporates everything from spacious floor plans to convenient on-site amenities.”
Windermere Place Apartments comprises two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 1,009 to 1,598 square feet of living space. Interiors are fully furnished with contemporary designs, custom cabinetry, modern carpeting or plank wood-style flooring.
Floor plans also incorporate features such as breakfast bars, full size washers and dryers, a private bath for every bedroom, patios and balconies, walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings in most homes.
Community-wide, amenities include a clubhouse with a two-story fitness center, sauna, tanning beds, steam room, business center and media room. Residents can also enjoy a resort style swimming pool with a sundeck, tennis courts, grilling stations and full-size basketball courts.
“Today’s students are looking for more privacy and better amenities to enhance their lifestyle,” Anne White, Greystar’s senior regional property manager, says. “We anticipate adding new upgrades to the community that will further enhance its appeal to residents.”
