Greystar Selected to Manage Luxury Colorado Rental Community

Englewood, Colo.—International real estate firm Hines has selected Greystar to lease and manage Helios, a new 258-unit Englewood, Colo., luxury apartment property. Located in the 1,000-employer Denver Technology Center (DTC), the mid-rise community at 7901 Belleview occupies a three-acre parcel near the shops and restaurants of the upscale Belleview Promenade retail center.

The five-story Meeks + Partners-designed Helios, featuring one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, will wrap around a garage on the property’s eastern perimeter. It will offer a façade clad in contrasting tones of masonry and stone nicely complementing the architecture of the surrounding environs.

Inside the 642 to 1,367-square-foot residences, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, maple cabinetry, in-unit washers and dryers and plank flooring will be among the designer-grade finishes and features.

Gourmet kitchens with islands, 9- and 10-foot ceilings, garden tubs, walk-in closets, private patios and balconies will be incorporated into most floor plans.

The development has been designed to architecturally complement the design character of the district, and provide residents with a luxurious and amenity-rich community they can call home.”

Among the state-of-the-art common-area amenities to be included are a resort-style swimming pool, sundeck, outdoor fireplace and grilling stations, fitness center, business center, shuffleboard, catering kitchen and interior courtyard. A dog run and open green spaces will also be features of the pet-friendly property.

Helios’ convenient location, marked by outstanding access to light rail and top employers, is also likely to prove popular with prospective renters.
