Elan Inman Station will offer a variety of studios, one- and two-bedroom floor plans from 570 to 1,200 square feet. Interior finishes include stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops with under mount sinks, and designer lighting with wood flooring in living areas. Apartments will feature 9- to 11-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, full size washers and dryers and spacious balconies.

Community amenities showcase a two-story community clubhouse with a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, a spin studio and a yoga room. The clubhouse includes a Wi-Fi café and gaming room. The property will have three outdoor amenity spaces. Residents will be able to enjoy a resort-style pool, private cabanas and a courtyard terrace. An elevated sun deck will provide grilling stations and outdoor seating for entertainment. A Zen courtyard will be lush with native plants and gardens, a fire pit and a meandering trail that provides direct access to the community dog park.

“With nearby shopping, dining and recreation as well as easy access to the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA station, Elan Inman Station will be a popular choice for renters,” said John Roberson, director of development for Greystar.

Construction has an expected completion date of summer 2016.
