Greystar Announces New Senior Director of Development

Los Angeles—Greystar Real Estate Partners announced that Perry Pound has joined the company as Senior Director of Development. Pound will be responsible for Greystar’s development activity in Southern California as well as in the Phoenix market. Pound previously led the Southern California acquisition and development efforts for Alliance Residential, JPI, BRE Properties and The Olson Company, resulting in the acquisition and development of 2,500 residential units, for a total investment of over $1 billion.
