Greater Tampa to Get a Taste of Luxury

Wood Partners had closed on a development site in Greater Tampa earlier, and has now announced a new luxury apartment community with high-end finishes and modern amenities.

It’s been only a couple of weeks since Wood Partners closed on a 19.32-acre site in southern Hillsborough County, and now the real estate developer has announced he groundbreaking of a new luxury apartment community, Alta at Magnolia Park.

Situated within the Magnolia Park Planned Development, the site is located in close proximity to a variety of retail, entertainment and recreation destinations, also offering quick access to the area’s major employment centers via I-75 and other nearby transportation arteries.

The new, garden-style community will include a 292 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of 980 square feet. All residences will feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island kitchens and vinyl plank flooring in the living areas, kitchens and bathrooms. Residents will have access to a clubhouse with cyber café, sports lounge, game room and a fitness center, all integrated into a four-story, manor-style building. Outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool with covered outdoor grilling and seating areas, a dog park and game lawn.

According to the developer, tThe first units will be available for occupancy in late 2016, and construction is expected to be completed in summer 2017.
