Greater Boston Development Ready for Move-in
Meriel Marina Bay has reached a new milestone. The South Building of the property is now open and welcoming new occupants.

Hines has released the South Building of Meriel Marina Bay, a 352-unit luxury community in Quincy, Mass. The South Building features 163 units and is now available for immediate move-in. The North Building opened earlier this year and it is more than 65 percent leased. The Bozzuto Group manages the property.
“Meriel Marina Bay’s North Building is seeing a fantastic response from renters attracted to the property’s extraordinary views and easy access to downtown Boston, and we are confident that leasing will continue at a strong pace with the release of the South Building,” said Sean Sacks, director at Hines, in prepared remarks. “The launch of this next phase is a key milestone for the project and the continued evolution of the Marina Bay community.”
Located at 552 Victory Road, Meriel Marina Bay offers access to Interstate 93, a complimentary shuttle to the Red Line North Quincy MBTA and a water ferry to downtown Boston. The property is also located next to Squantum Point Park, which features a two-mile Riverwalk trail.
Diverse features
Comprising two, five-story buildings, the asset is a mixed-use development and features garage parking and approximately 20,000-square-foot, ground-level retail space, a newly completed extension to the Marina Bay Boardwalk. In addition to that, the development includes four elevated courtyards and over 10,000 square feet of space offering various amenities. Meriel Marina Bay is made up of a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, providing views of the Boston Skyline and Boston Harbor.
The South Building features amenities such as a state-of-the art fitness center, a club room with lounge seating, catering kitchen, a private conference room and indoor storage for bikes, paddleboards and kayaks. The tenants of the buildings will have access to amenities in both the North and South Buildings. Outdoor amenities include a heated pool, kitchens, barbecue grills, wet bars, fire pits and deck swings.
