Graycliff Capital Partners LLC has announced the development of Waterleaf at Battery Creek, a 212-unit Class A luxury community in Beaufort, S.C.
Located at 669 Parris Island Gateway, the coastal multifamily apartments are near historic downtown Beaufort and Hilton Head Island. The development is near military and employment hubs and is situated between Charleston and Savannah, S.C.
Waterleaf at Battery Creek is a community of nine garden-style residential buildings and one carriage home. It offers residents a mix one-, two-, and three-bedroom units featuring stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer-dryers, private balconies with screened porches and walk-in closets in select units.
Residents have access to a resort-style saltwater pool, fitness center with yoga and cycling rooms, community clubhouse, dog spa, dog park, poolside cabana with outdoor fireplace and televisions. The community also gives residents a private, on-site dock access to Battery Creek.
Earlier this year, Graycliff Capital Partners acquired a 380-unit apartment community in Asheville, N.C.
