Grand Opening Announced for The Heights Linden Square

Doors have officially opened at The Heights Linden Square, a luxury mixed-use development in Gladstone, Miss.

Kansas City, Mo.—Doors have officially opened at The Heights Linden Square, a luxury mixed-use development in Gladstone, Miss. Flaherty & Collins Properties announced the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2015.

“We are excited to unveil The Heights Linden Square to the residents and community of Gladstone,” said David Flaherty, CEO of Flaherty & Collins Properties. “This project will help transform the downtown Gladstone area of Linden Square.”

The-Heights-Exterior-websiteThe property features 222 market rate luxury apartments and 10,000 square feet of street-front retail. The $26 million project includes the finest amenities in the Gladstone area, just 15 minutes outside the heart of Kansas City.

“The Heights at Linden Square represents part of a community vision for a downtown Gladstone. The Heights and Downtown Gladstone will be a place for people to gather and be proud of the community they live or work in,” said Kirk Davis, Gladstone city manager. “With an estimated economic impact of $100 million over the next 20 years, The Heights is an example of economic development that is responsible and designed to support our small businesses through the purchasing power of approximately 400 new residents.”

The ground level of The Heights is made up of 40 two-level apartment homes, each with its own attached single car personal garage. Above the two level apartments are two levels of flats. These units will have surface parking on the interior of the structure and an additional 40 single car personal garages. On-street parking is also available on three-sides of the property for residents or the retail space. The average apartment home at The Heights is 942 square feet.

The-Heights--Pool-AerialCommunity amenities will feature a state of the art fitness center, tanning salon, cyber café, business center and a game and leisure center. A resort-style pool with a wet deck can be found at the center of the community. An “Outdoor Living Room” with fire pits, commercial grade grills and outdoor furniture will be available for resident enjoyment.

Also, Google Fiber broadband service will be a major technology component of The Heights Linden Square.

The luxurious, modern one- and two-bedroom apartment homes showcase 42-inch kitchen cabinets, extravagant wood floors, Roman soaking tubs, granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer and track lighting in the kitchens.
