Glendale Celebrates The Brand New Opening

Glendale council members and Holland Partner Group kicked off the grand opening of luxury apartment community The Brand.

Glendale, Calif.—City council members and representatives from developer Holland Partner Group rang in the opening of The Brand, a 401-unit mixed-use luxury apartment community, with a recent ribbon cutting ceremony.

Located at 120 W. Wilson Ave. in Glendale, The Brand is situated in the heart of the city and is designed to attract urban-dwellers and creative professionals looking for a highly amenitized community and proximity to restaurants, nightlife, parks and the city’s cultural sites. Targeted for a LEED Silver designation, The Brand offers views of Downtown Glendale and Verdugo Mountains,  just south of the western San Gabriel Mountains in Los Angeles County.

“Holland Partner Group embraces opportunities to enhance a community with quality housing options that entice a sense of community within the cities we build in,” Tom Warren, COO of Holland Development, Southern California, told MHN. “Glendale was an intricate part of our development in Southern California as we felt as if Glendale needed additional options to cater to the ever-growing population.”

The apartment community includes two buildings, The Brand East and The Brand West, and offers a mix of studio, town homes and one-, two- and three-bedroom plans. One-bedroom units range from 617 to 799 square feet; two-bedrooms from 1,005 to 1,185 square feet; three-bedrooms from 1,346 to 1,434 square feet; and town homes from 666 to 1,840 square feet.

“The Brand offers a sense of retreat and high-end finishes that today’s renters expect,” Warren told MHN.

The units include features such as quartz kitchens, large outdoor patios and glass-railed balconies, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include rooftop grilling, a saline pool and fireplace lounge, sunrise and sunset rooftop view decks, two spa jacuzzis, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a vinyl record lounge and a 24-hour fitness center.
