Gables Residential Adds 200 Units to Miami Luxury Supply

Gables Residential has opened the doors of its newest luxury community in the Miami area—Gables Columbus Center. The property’s 200 units are available for rent starting at $2,306 per month. Behar Font & Partners designed the 19-story building, which is situated in downtown Coral Gables.

Located at 60 Minorca Ave., Gables Columbus Center is steps away from Miracle Mile, which recently underwent a multimillion renovation. Class A office buildings, schools, bus and Metrorail stations, museums and parks are also within easy reach of the property.
