FourPoint Student Housing Investments brokered the sale of Campus Club North & South, located near University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. The firm represented the owner, Realco Capital Partners. FourPoint founders Chris Bancroft and Chris Epp led the sales effort, with the assistance of Senior Director Meredith Wolff.
The student housing community is situated east of the university campus and encompasses a total of 226,396 square feet. The property presented a value-add opportunity and appealed to a wide variety of investors. Eventually, both North and South, the two components of the community, were sold to CF Real Estate Services, with Walker & Dunlop securing an acquisition loan for the buyer.
Built in 2005, Campus Club North has 64 units and 256 beds, featuring fully furnished, four-bedroom units. Constructed in 2006, Campus Club South includes 356 beds and offers several amenities such as a swimming pool and fitness center. Campus Club South comprises 92 three- and four-bedroom units.
