Missouri Projects Boost Affordable Stock
One community celebrates completion while another breaks ground.

Kansas City, Mo.—Four Corners Development LLC completed construction of an affordable family apartment community in Bolivar, Mo., and just broke ground on a new affordable senior housing community in Richmond, Mo.
The Bolivar community, Aldrich Creek Estates, is a 44-unit community located at 1400 E. Aldrich Rd., near the Southwest Baptist University campus and less than a mile east of the intersection of Highway 83 and East Aldrich Road. The property offers a mixture of duplex units and traditional apartment homes in two-story buildings with eight units each. Residents can choose from two- and three-bedroom floor plans featuring Energy Star rated appliances, washer & dryer connections, a mix of hardwood flooring and ceramic tile and 9-foot vaulted ceilings in living rooms. Aldrich Creek Estates is 100 percent leased.
The Richmond community, Harvest Hills Villas, recently broke ground near the intersection of Highway 13 and North Thornton. The affordable senior community will feature 48 two-bedroom units for seniors 55 and older. Amenities include attached single car garages, green space with gazebo and grills, access to walking trails and an exercise room.
Hamilton Properties Corp. will act as the management agent and service coordinator for Harvest Hills Villas, while Hamilton Builders LLC will be the general contractor.
