Former Yahoo! Executive Appointed CFO of Auction.com

Irvine, Calif.—Auction.com LLC announced the hiring of technology finance veteran Aman Kothari as its chief financial officer. Kothari comes to Auction.com after more than 12 impactful years at Yahoo!, where he most recently served as senior vice president, global controller and chief accounting officer.

In his new role, Kothari will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and growth strategies. He will be based at Auction.com’s Silicon Valley offices in Belmont, California, and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Tim Morse.

Before Yahoo!, Kothari was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.A. from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland and is a Chartered Accountant.
