Fogelman Properties Names SVP of Shared Services

In the newly created role, Lori Marada will play a key part in driving strategy and change regulation for technology and management services.

Fogelman Properties has appointed Lori Marada as senior vice president of Shared Services. In her new role, Marada will collaborate with the executive team in carrying out the growing business strategy of new multifamily technology platforms, training, as well as planning and marketing information technology and system support.

Prior to this position, Marada worked at Fogelman as a consultant, leading the company’s upgrade to Yardi Voyager 7S. The firm has been a Yardi client since 2004. At the same time, she served as a founding principal of Lori Marada Consulting LLC. Before establishing her own consulting company, Marada spent 15 years at RealPage serving in a series of senior roles including senior vice president of Client Success.

She was also a founding member of YieldStar, where she developed the now-established position of revenue manager for multifamily. Prior to this, Marada served as project manager at Fairfield Residential, where she led a team of developers and analysts in developing internal applications.

“Lori is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of creating successful business processes and strategic organizational design in real estate,” said Melissa Smith, chief administrative officer of Fogelman Properties, in prepared remarks.

Marada brings more than two decades of real estate experience to the newly created role. She earned her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of North Texas.
