FL Assisted Living and Memory Care Center Breaks Ground
The luxury Watercrest Naples community will feature 96 assisted living and 32 memory care units, and will provide resort-style amenities to future residents.
Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties have broken ground on Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 128-unit luxury senior community in Florida. Walker and Co. is the general contractor of the luxury development, which is set for completion in late spring 2019.
The property is located at 9015 Belleaire Bay Drive, on the northeastern outskirts of Naples, Fla., a city offering diverse sports, leisure and outdoor activity opportunities. The closest beach is within a 20-minute drive of the site, while the Bonita Bay Club Naples is 2.5 miles away. Following Route 846, Interstate 75 is reachable within 12 minutes by car.
Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care includes Watercrest’s multi-sensory memory care programming, a Market Street Plaza, promenade, fireplace and water wall. The pet-friendly community will offer 96 assisted living and 32 memory care units with resort-style amenities, such as:
- restaurant-style dining
- salon and spa
- outdoor pool
- wellness programs
- medication management
Dallas-based D2 Architecture designed the project in collaboration with Interior Design Associates (IDA) of Nashville.
