Alfred Sanzari Plans to Expand
The entire portfolio is nearly 100 percent occupied, according to Alfred Sanzari COO Ryan Sanzari. “As our company continues to expand, using resources of a third-party firm will allow us to enhance the quality of our apartment portfolio,” he said.
The organization continues to expand and diversify its commercial and residential property portfolio through both development and acquisitions. The FirstService Residential team heading the New Jersey property assignment includes Danielle Calcagno, director of rental management, and Adam Holand, general manager.
