First Phase of Imperial Valley Luxury Community Completed

Owner and developer YK America has completed the first phase of Town Center Villa, a new luxury community in El Centro, Calif. Valued at $12 million, phase one offers 84 newly completed units available for lease. Sunrise Management is in charge of marketing, management and leasing of the 240-unit project designed by TSA Architects. The contractor is Mike Mordah Construction.

“The Imperial Valley area is experiencing steady job growth and we’re thrilled to offer these luxury homes to those looking to live here,” Melissa Deen, vice president of marketing for Sunrise, said in prepared remarks. “This is one of the largest, most luxurious multifamily communities in the region and we are confident residents will love its many modern conveniences, as well as upscale touches and high-end amenities.”

The Spanish-style community features one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 700 to 1,045 square feet. The one- or two-floor units feature quartz countertops, wood plank-look flooring and a patio, while some have an attached garage. Property amenities include a pool and sundeck, a spa, 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse and resident business lounge. Located at 2100 N. 10th Street, El Centro, Calif., the property is close to public transportation, Interstate 8, El Centro Regional Medical Center and retailers such as Target, Lowes, Walmart and Costco.

Sunrise Management oversees more than 13,000 multifamily units throughout California and the Southwest.
