Victoria, British Columbia—The capital city of British Columbia has just got its first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
The 181-key DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria recently opened its doors to guests on Vancouver Island, following a multi-million dollar renovation. Previously known as the Executive House Hotel, the 19-story property is owned by Executive House Ltd. and managed by Mairet Consulting and Management Ltd.
Located at 777 Douglas St. in downtown Victoria, the hotel is just steps away from the city’s Inner Harbour, the Victoria Conference Centre, as well as a variety of shopping, dining and cultural attractions.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria offers a mix of single rooms and one- and two-bedroom suites with views of the Pacific Ocean, the Olympic Mountain Range or scenic downtown Victoria. Amenities include a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center, a 24-hour connectivity center in the lobby and the newly renovated Bartholomew’s English-Style Pub restaurant.
“Given the demand on our market, the hotel has been redesigned to ideally suit Hilton’s corporate and leisure travelers, while also putting thought into the design to specifically accommodate families, as well,” Francis Mairet, principal at Mairet Consulting and Management, said.
