Energesco Provides LED Upgrades for MD Communities
Working on behalf of Federal Capital Partners, the exterior LED-light upgrade projects are expected to reduce annual electricity expenses by more than $25,000.

Energesco Solutions LLC—a provider of energy and water conservation measures to both commercial and multifamily real estate industries in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions—has renovated a multifamily portfolio in St. Charles, Md., on behalf of Federal Capital Partners (FCP). The makeover involved five exterior LED-light upgrade projects which respect the conservation measures implemented by Energesco last year. They are expected to reduce FCP’s annual electricity expenses by more than $25,000.
The upgrades were installed at the following communities:
- Gleneagles Apartments
- Huntington Apartments
- Sheffield Greens Apartments
- Village Lake Apartments
- Wakefield Terrace Apartments
“We are pleased to have continued to deliver high-caliber results to FCP’s multifamily portfolio in St. Charles, Md. The work completed in 2017 is a capstone to the FCP/Energesco four-year energy efficiency and water conservation collaboration in St. Charles,” said William Bennett, CEO of Energesco, in a prepared statement.
