Embrey Partners Names New EVP of Development

Brad Knolle joined the company in 2012 as senior vice president. In his new position, he will be responsible for multifamily projects in Tennessee and Florida.

Embrey Partners Ltd. has promoted Brad Knolle to the position of executive vice president of development. In his new role, Knolle will focus on deal-sourcing opportunities in both Tennessee and Florida. He will also oversee entitlement processes, developments and implementation projects for the multifamily market. He joined the company in 2012 as a senior vice president.

Having worked in 15 markets and four states across the country, Knolle has developed more than 4,000 multifamily units valued at $600 million.

“This is a well-deserved promotion for Brad,” said Trey Embrey, CEO of Embrey Partners, in a prepared statement. “Over the past five years, he has gained invaluable insight that he has applied to his projects along the way. I’m excited to see what is to come.”

Knolle holds an undergraduate degree in construction science and a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
