Dublin, Ireland—The largest urban campus in Ireland’s capital city is now on the market, with a guide price of more than €185 million ($205 million).

The majority holding within the large-scale, mixed-use Elmpark campus will be marketed by Savills and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald. Located on 17.3 acres in the Dublin 4 area, Elmpark offers a mix of office, residential, retail and leisure space, and is the largest such campus in the city. The site was developed by Bernard McNamara and is currently controlled by NAMA, according to RTE News.

Boasting 100 percent occupancy levels with a low turnover rate, the campus offers a 332-unit multifamily component dubbed The Links and The Bay, with 128 units included in the sale. Elmpark also offers three detached headquarter office buildings with a café/restaurant and a crèche. The office component houses the Irish headquarters of German insurance company Allianz, and Novartis—a Swiss pharmaceutical company that moved to the property in 2013. Elmpark also incorporates a conference center, leisure center and swimming pool, and offers panoramic views of the city skyline and Dublin Bay.

The Elmpark mixed-use campus is conveniently located in close proximity to both Booterstown and Sydney Parade Dart public transport stations, and provides access to Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire via the quality bus corridor (QBC). The property is also close to a plethora of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, as well as various hospitals and universities.
