Drucker + Falk has assumed management of The Gallery on New Hampshire, a 675-unit community in Adelphi, Md. This addition brings the firm’s multifamily portfolio to more than 38,000 apartments across 13 Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states.
According to Yardi Matrix data, the property came online in 1955 and comprises studios and one- to three-bedroom units. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, playground and laundry facilities. The property also has 1380 grade-level parking spaces. The owner plans to implement capital improvements and upgrade the interiors and the amenities.
Located at 9408 Adelphi Road on 28 acres, the 66-building community is 1 mile from Interstate 495. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Langley Park Plaza, which is 2 miles from The Gallery. Downtown D.C. is approximately 9 miles from the community.
In December, Lynx Ventures appointed Drucker + Falk to manage the 215-unit residential component of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Va. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.
