Domain at the Gate Breaks Ground in the $5 Billion Mile
The property will be built within the $5 Billion Mile, inside the master-planned Gate development.

Located at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Highway 121, the $5 Billion Mile is a tract of development with proposed real estate projects in excess of $5 billion. The master-planned project is anchored by The Gate at the north end and the Dallas Cowboys’ Star development and world headquarters at the south end. Furthermore, the Gate is near the Toyota campuses and FedEx headquarters, as well as massive office developments for Chase and Liberty Mutual, increasing the number of payrolls in the area.
Domain At The Gate will occupy one of the highest points in The Gate, overlooking the new Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters. Residents will be able to choose from one- and two-bedroom units, while amenities will include an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, two-level fitness facility, golf simulator, dog spa and bike garage.
The exterior design is transitional European with natural stone and stucco, and the interiors feature an urban contemporary look and feel. “It’s a beautiful combination of Old World European architecture with a contemporary style that brings together crisp and clean luxury with lush spaces, natural materials and high-end finishes,” added Kirk.
Construction began after the Sept. 30 closing on the property, with completion scheduled for the summer of 2018.
