DFW WaterWalk Hybrid Property Breaks Ground
The hospitality and residential development comprises 153 hotel and rental units and is scheduled to open by late 2018.

WaterWalk broke ground on their third property, located in Richardson, Texas. Sponsored by MBC Partners, the project is their second WaterWalk property franchise, following the opening of the previous one in Centennial, Colo. The general contractor is Law Company of Wichita, Kan., while Woolpert is handling the architectural design and civil engineering.
The hybrid property will be located at 2210 N. Glenville Drive and will encompass 153 hotel and residential units. Spread over two four-story buildings, the project is expected to open in November 2018. The property will feature an outdoor swimming pool and lounge area, coffee bar, and green spaces surrounding the buildings.
The hospitality component will mostly address the needs of business travelers, the list of amenities including fully equipped kitchens, on-site fitness center and 24/7 front-desk service, the latter two being available also for resident use.
