The rents for Wyndham Park currently range from $685 to $885 and from $745 to $1150 for The Westbury.Guardian will invest approximately $950,000 for apartment unit upgrades at Wyndham Park, formally called Preston’s Crossing and 1.9 million for internal and external property improvements at The Westbury, formally known as San Remo.“These two properties fit nicely within our current portfolio and align with our partnership’s strategic goals,” says Tom Brenneke, owner and president of Guardian Management LLC. “Wyndham Park and The Westbury are quality assets in a strong multifamily market that will benefit greatly from management improvements and cosmetic upgrades.”Guardian owns properties in six states and its management portfolio consists of more than 12,000 units across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Texas and Arizona.
