Daniel Corp. Develops, Sells in South Austin
The company—which teamed up with CNL to construct the new project, located off William Cannon Drive and adjacent to McKinney Falls State Park—sold a 13-building community to Bell Partners.
Daniel Corp., a Sunbelt real estate development, management and investment firm from Alabama, has started construction on a 264-unit luxury apartment community located south of downtown Austin, Texas. The company has also recently completed the sale of Brezza, a 330-unit property located off Interstate 35 in south Austin.
The new project will be developed in partnership with CNL off William Cannon Drive and adjacent to McKinney Falls State Park and will be Daniel Corp.’s second development in Austin. It will feature luxury interiors with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and high ceilings. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor fireplace, large lawn and meadow green space with views to the downtown skyline and private wooded trail.
In June this year, Daniel Corp. sold Brezza, also co-developed with CNL in 2017, to Bell Partners of North Carolina, according to Yardi Matrix. The 13-building community, renamed Bell Southpark, occupies more than 18 acres at 10600 Brezza Lane. Its unit mix consists of one- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 672 to 1,287 square feet, featuring private balconies/patios, vaulted ceilings and washers and dryers. Common-area amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, a swimming pool and 395 parking spaces.
