Criterion’s New Urban Community Slated for Fort Worth

Fort Worth, Texas—Criterion Property Company LP has launched construction on The Scenic Residences at River East, the first new multifamily development in Fort Worth’s revivifying River East enclave. The 276-unit Class A multifamily adjacent to Riverside Park will offer residents a captivating view of both the Trinity River and downtown.
