Coveted Suffolk, Va. Lands Upscale Community
The 228-unit Bainbridge 3200, situated in the heart of Suffolk’s Harbourview area, opened its first units in March and is expected to be completed by late summer.

Suffolk, Va.—The Bainbridge Cos. recently announced the official opening of Bainbridge 3200 Apartments, a luxury multifamily community in Suffolk, Va. The 228-unit development, situated in the heart of Suffolk’s Harbourview area, opened its first units in March and is expected for completion by August 2016.
Sitting on a 4-acre lot at 3200 Princes Fork Blvd., the upscale property offers 96 one-, 102 two-, and 30 three-bedroom units ranging from 632 to 1,371 square feet. According to the community’s website, rents start around the $1,000 mark and go all the way up to $1,840 for the largest units.
The walkable, pet-friendly property showcases an outdoor pool with clubroom offering dining area, fireplace, lounge seating, resort-like furniture and 70-inch screen TV’s. On-site amenities also include a business center with coffee bar, fitness center with yoga room, bar area and a dog park with drinking fountain. According to Yardi Matrix, the six-building, 230,000-square-foot Bainbridge 3200 offers 342 grade-level parking spots, with detached garages available for an additional $125 per month.
Units feature high ceilings, high-speed internet, fully-equipped kitchens with granite counter tops and hardwood cabinetry, walk-in closets, patios/balconies and luxury bathrooms with framed mirrors in select units. Some apartments include full-size washer/dryer.
The community is well located for shopping centers, dining options and large employers around the Hampton Roads. “The area is seeing a strong influx of diversified retail, institutional office, medical, and restaurant developments making Suffolk a very desirable place to live and work,” Charles Persons, developer for The Bainbridge Cos., said in prepared remarks.
