Belgrade, Serbia—Marriott International’s Courtyard by Marriott brand will celebrate fall with the opening of its first property in Serbia.
The hospitality giant recently announced that the Courtyard Belgrade City Center will open its doors to guests on 7 September 2015. The opening will mark Courtyard by Marriott’s entry into its 42nd country; the brand intends to add three more markets to its portfolio by the end of the year.
Showcasing the brand’s new European design, the 114-key hotel is located in the heart of Belgrade and just a 20-minute drive from the Nikola Tesla Airport. The location offers guests easy access to the shops and restaurants on Knez Mihailova and the city’s popular Bohemian Quarter.
Courtyard by Marriott Belgrade City Center is comprised of two studios and 112 standard rooms, fitness center, meeting space, restaurant, and lobby with free Wi-Fi and flexible seating.
The brand recently celebrated its 1000th hotel in March 2015—the Courtyard Washington Walla Walla.
