Cooper Square Realty to Manage New Rochelle, N.Y., Luxury Building
Cooper Square Realty announced that it has been selected to manage The Lofts at New Roc, located in New Rochelle, N.Y.
New York—Cooper Square Realty, a New York-based property management company and the New York subsidiary of FirstService Residential Management, announced that it has been selected to manage The Lofts at New Roc, located in New Rochelle, N.Y.
The Lofts at New Roc is a luxury community that includes 98 co-op apartments, 38 of which are rental units. The building was built in 2001 as part of a redevelopment.
“The Lofts at New Roc features spacious, loft-style homes with high ceilings, huge windows, beautiful finishes and panoramic views,” Adam Auerhan, vice president, Cooper Square Realty, tells MHN. “A pool, fitness center, lounge, rooftop terrace and 24-hour business center are just some of the amenities available to residents.”
Cooper Square Realty offers many services to its clients, which now include The Lofts at New Roc. Some of these services include discounted tax certiorari, insurance and purchasing programs; reduced rates on electricity and gas; reserve fund interest enhancements; energy services agreements; online sales and lease applications; and a Customer Care Center that addresses questions and concerns from residents.
