Cooper Square Realty recently added the 500th property to its portfolio of managed buildings. What began in 1987 as a one-employee, one-building operation has evolved to become the largest residential property manager in New York City. That original client remains with Cooper Square Realty to this day.
The company manages properties in all five boroughs of New York, as well as several high-rises along New Jersey’s Gold Coast, including cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties.
