Scottsdale, Ariz.—Inspire on Earll, a $42 million Deco Communities project to break ground in downtown Scottsdale, has opened its new sales center.

Located at the intersection of Goldwater Blvd. and Scottsdale Rd., Inspire on Earll will feature 97 condominium residences. Construction will start next quarter on the development, which blends outstanding location near authentically Old Town hotspots with exceptional design and amenities. The result, Deco Communities reports, will be an urban sanctuary on the edge of downtown.

It is hoped that Inspire on Earll will appeal to the many busy-season visitors to Scottsdale who may be eyeing a move to the Valley of the Sun.

“Deco has been looking for an appropriate site to develop in Old Town Scottsdale for some time, and was very excited to find the seven-acre site on Earll Drive,” Deco Communities partner Pat Watts told MHN. “The location provides the best of both worlds: quiet residential living within walking distance of great urban amenities.”

Watts added the location will especially appeal to Valley visitors. “The Inspire on Earll location is ideal for second-home buyers,” she said. “[It is] within walking and cycling distance of so many of their favorite restaurants, shops and recreation choices.”

Inspire on Earll will offer a relaxed urban lifestyle enhanced by state-of the-art amenities that include a large courtyard pool and spa, health club-inspired fitness center, Wi-Fi common areas and electric car charging stations. Also offered will be bicycle storage, secured underground parking and city of Scottsdale recycling.

“With Scottsdale’s busy season in full swing, many visitors to the Valley are thinking about permanently extending their stay,” said Rob Lyles, a Deco Communities partner.

“Visitors and locals alike are excited about Inspire on Earll for its walking distance proximity to downtown hotspots like spring training games at Scottsdale Stadium, renowned restaurants like The Mission and popular cultural attractions like SMoCA.”

Daniel Gehman of Los Angeles-based award-winning architectural firm Harley Ellis Devereaux heads the team of top design talent assembled by Deco Communities. His firm’s credits include an array of high-profile U.S. designs.

The Inspire on Earll sales center is designed to appeal to buyers’ every sense. The center offers the flavor of three distinctive design themes to be implemented at Inspire on Earll. Bathroom and kitchen vignettes serve up high-end choices in lighting, cabinetry, wallpaper, flooring, textiles and more.

“In designing the lifestyle for Inspire on Earll, we thought a lot about who the buyer is and what is important to them,” said Wendi Stallings, principal at Private Label International, an acclaimed Valley-based interior design firm.

Private Label will curate interior and exterior spaces that blend contemporary Southwest sensibilities with urban design flair.

With prices starting at $299,900, Earll is priced at the “sweet spot” for Valley residents and visitors alike, and represents excellent value for new construction in a great location, Watts said.
