Construction Now Complete at Wallingford Residential Community
Legacy Partners is developing an upscale community in North Seattle, as the market stays white hot.
Seattle–Wallingford is edging closer to getting a brand new luxury residential community, as construction was just completed on Bowman Apartments. Developed by Legacy Partners, Bowman will add 278 units on the north shore of Lake Union.
Located at 3801 Stone Way N., Bowman Apartments offers proximity to both Greenlake and Lake Union, as well as the retail and entertainment corridor along 45th Street, Fremont Avenue and Stone Way. The building will feature a ground floor retail component totaling 8,000 square feet that will complement the 190,000 square feet of residential space.
With preleasing going on at the community since March of this year, the community is set to have high occupancy from the get-go, indicative of the hot Seattle apartment market. Seattle is currently ranked first in terms of rent growth year-over-year by real estate data provider Yardi Matrix.
Residents will be granted access to an amenity package that consists of a roof top deck with sky lounge, outdoor living spaces with TV and BBQ, cardio and cross-fit facilities, theater and video game room, sports bar lounge, as well as a dog run and chicken coop. Major employers in the area include sportswear company Brooks, as well as Tableau, a software company dealing with analytics.
