Colliers International has arranged the sale of Homes of Persimmon, a 180-unit community in Dallas. Senior Vice President Mark Allen led the disposition team, which also included Executive Vice President John Nguyen and Associate Connor Canale.

Built in 2000, Homes of Persimmon comprises two- to four-bedroom units ranging from 1,023 to 1,390 square feet. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, picnic area, clubhouse and fitness center. The partially affordable community also features more than 500 parking spaces.

Located on 22 acres at 3425 Simpson Stuart Road, the asset is 9 miles from downtown Dallas. The property is also 3 miles from VA North Texas Health Care System and 7 miles from Methodist Charlton Medical Center. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Wheatland Towne Crossing, which is situated 6 miles from the 32-building property.

The deal comes a few weeks after a different Colliers International team completed the $34.7 million sale of Sage Apartments, a 137-unit community in Escondido, Calif.
