Clayton Nash Takes Over Phoenix Firm
Through the absorption of Uptown Realty, the company will transfer all agents as well as its office location in the Atlanta Biltmore. The company also revealed plans to hire up to 1,200 agents and add several more branch locations this year.

Technology-focused real estate firm Clayton Nash completed an agreement to absorb the independent brokerage company Uptown Realty. The deal falls in line with Clayton’s strategy to expand and disrupt the traditional residential real estate brokerage model. The arrangement stipulates the transfer of Uptown Realty’s agents as well as its office location in the Arizona Biltmore.
Game-changing switch
Located in Phoenix, at 4455 E. Camelback Road Suite A205, the former Uptown office will be Clayton’s Phoenix satellite office and the company’s third branch to open this year. The company also opened a Texas flagship office in June. In keeping with its plan, the firm intends to hire up to 1,200 agents and add several more branch locations throughout Arizona and Texas.
