Hunt Mortgage Group secured acquisition financing from Freddie Mac for 170 garden-style units on two parcels totaling about 8.5 acres. The property consists of eight residential buildings plus a leasing office and maintenance building.
Six of the refinanced properties are in the greater Cincinnati/Dayton marketplace and contain 2,065 units. The remaining four properties are located in Texas and consist of 1,273 units.
The company negotiated a $4.7 million financing for an 18-property portfolio.
