Chuck Parker Named Division President of Corvias Military Living
Corvias Group announced that Charles E. (Chuck) Parker has been appointed division president of the company’s military housing division, Corvias Military Living.
East Greenwich, R.I.–Corvias Group announced that Charles E. (Chuck) Parker has been appointed division president of the company’s military housing division, Corvias Military Living.

In his new role, Parker, who previously served as the head of property management for Corvias Group and executive vice president of property management for Corvias Military Living, will assume responsibility for managing all operational aspects of Corvias Military Living’s 50-year partnerships with the Army and the Air Force, including partner relations, program and property management, and construction.
Corvias’ military housing portfolio is comprised of almost 25,000 homes on more than 10,000 acres of land across 13 Army and Air Force installations from Alaska to Florida. As part of their efforts to continuously improve quality of life for service members and their families, the company has renovated 5,439 and built 3,887 homes and 30 community centers over the last 12 years.
Prior to Corvias, Parker spent 10 years with an international property and infrastructure group, where he oversaw the development, property management and operations of more than 25,000 units of privatized housing for the U.S. military. He also led the asset management strategy for the $300 million contract for the privatization of 3,500 units of Army housing at Fort Drum and the privatization of Army Lodging Group A (PAL). In his last role before joining Corvias Group in 2012, Mr. Parker led the business development start-up efforts for public partnerships in Brazil.
He is a 1983 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y. Parker also spent five years on active duty as an Army helicopter and fixed wing aviator.
Corvias Military Living most recently expanded its military family housing portfolio to also serve the needs of single service members. With the development of Reece Crossings at Fort Meade, the Army’s first-ever on-post apartments for junior unaccompanied soldiers, approximately 850 service members can now live on the installation, closer to their work and support systems.
