The Belgravia Group has reached the final stage of the development of Renelle on the River, a 50-unit luxury condo property in Chicago. The firm revealed a decorated model and opened the gates for the first residents. The building topped out in early 2018 and will be fully delivered by the end of this year. The condominium is currently 80 percent sold. Available floor plans range between 1,827 and 2,517 square feet from $1.33 to $2.4 million.

The luxury property is situated on one of the last parcels available alongside the Chicago River, at 403 N. Wabash Ave., near Michigan Avenue in the city’s River North neighborhood. Additionally, the community offers views of architecture such as the Wrigley Building.

Designed by bKL Architects, the 18-tower condominium encompasses five floor plans, including three- and four-bedroom homes and dual-living in three-bedroom, three-bath duplexes. The residences feature large kitchens with Snaidero cabinetry and natural stone or quartz countertops. Additional characteristics include 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
