Centennial Holding Co. Buys Tampa-Area Community
The company has expanded its portfolio with a 125-unit property located in Plant City, Fla. The community changed hands for $18 million.
Centennial Holding Co. has acquired Century Lakehouse, a 125-unit community in Plant City, Fla. The property sold for $18 million which equates to $144,000 per unit. First Communities is the manager of Century Lakehouse, according to Yardi Matrix.
The sale was negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Multifamily Group.
Situated at 3003 South Frontage Road, the community is just off Interstate 4, approximately 25 miles from downtown Tampa, 32 miles from Tampa International Airport and 7 miles from Lakeland International Airport. Built in 2015, the seven-building community occupies 28 acres and comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, averaging 1,111 square feet. The apartments feature above standard ceiling height, washers and dryers, private balcony/patio, semi-private entry and enclosed garages with direct access. Communal area amenities include:

In November 2018, Centennial Holding Co. sold Century Falls Apartments, a 273-unit property located in Tampa, for $52.8 million.
