CBRE has promoted Jeff Stingley to executive vice president of the company’s Kansas City, Mo., office. Stingley is the first professional in the history of CBRE’s Kansas City office to attain the title, which is based on production. He joined CBRE in 2008 and, since then, he has facilitated more than $1.8 billion in sales. Stingley concentrated on seller representation of multifamily assets throughout Kansas and Missouri.
“Jeff has assembled an astounding amount of production in his market. Earning this title signifies an elite level of commitment to his business and his clients,” said John Latessa, president of CBRE’s Midwest division, in prepared remarks.
In four of the last five years, including 2016, Stingley was the top producer in CBRE’s Kansas City office. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a B.S. in Finance.
Recently, Greenwood Reserve, a 228-unit luxury community in Olathe, Kan., traded for $38.3 million. Jeff Stingley represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
