CBRE Names Atlanta Vice Chairman
Robert Kadoori has more than 15 years of financing experience. He previously served as executive vice president of the company's Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Multi-Housing Group.
CBRE has promoted Robert Kadoori to the position of vice chairman, the highest-ranking title for CBRE producers. Prior to this role, Kadoori was executive vice president of CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Multi-Housing Group for the Atlanta and Tampa, Fla., offices.
Kadoori joined CBRE in 2010. During his eight-year tenure, he has secured financing for transactions of more than $5 billion. His specialties include arranging joint ventures, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae DUS financing, senior debt placement and asset disposition. Between 2013 and 2016, Kadoori was one of CBRE’s top 10 percent producers.
Prior to serving CBRE, Kadoori was director of The First Fidelity Cos. for more than seven years. His focus was on structured finance and equity procurement for development projects and acquisitions concerning all major property types.
“Robert … delivers solutions for complex finance requests that range from large portfolios to small private capital assignments,” said David Lanier, senior managing director in the CBRE Atlanta office, in a prepared statement.
In February, CBRE secured $7.7 million in Fannie Mae acquisition financing for an age-restricted community in Atlanta.
